PARTNER
Rob Berman is a partner at Berman Partners, LLC, and Energia Medical LLC. Berman Partners specializes in new and pre-owned therapeutic lasers. Energia Medical is the national distributor for HealthLight light therapy. Rob helps doctors improve patient outcomes while increasing their income. Rob has many articles published in trade magazines. He has held a variety of sales and marketing roles during his career.
John Krall

John has 30 years of medical device and biologic experience. He has worked with Baxter, Medtronic, Depuy and Biomet. He has worked with over 1000 different doctors and has been in over 5000 + surgeries selling spinal and orthopedic implants. His interest in Biologics started as he was part of the BMP study with Medtronic to improve spinal surgery fusions. The last six years his focus has been the Regenerative Medicine space. Ofir Isaac has over two decades of diverse experience, most notably in physical therapy. Dr. Isaac works with several specialist and doctors but does not affiliate with any hospitals or join any medical groups. He graduated with honors in 1997 and has been using his expertise in helping people become pain free ever since. Dr. Isaac is a specialist in pain diagnostic and a veteran therapeutic practitioner. Being a pain neuroscience expert, he empowers individuals that suffer from chronic pain to be instigators at solving their own painful condition, and not reliant on medical providers.
Melissa Ritter, DC

Dr. Melissa Ritter earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1988. For over 30 years, Dr. Ritter has been in private practice treating patients in Newport Beach California. She has treated thousands of patients for over 14 years with class IV laser therapy in her chiropractic office and has lectured on the benefits of laser therapy, and trained doctors in the use of class IV lasers statewide. She is excited to join the sales and training team with Berman Medical Lasers.
Karen Simeone

Karen received her BS in Marketing from Penn State University and worked in sales and consulting for over 25 years. She started her career in sales with Johnson and Johnson and then moved on to be a Regional Account manager with Bausch & Lomb. From there she took a consulting position with Learning International which then became AchieveGlobal, the world’s leading Sales, Management and Customer Service Training and Development Company. Karen was one of the organizations leading Account Managers consistently bringing in over $2 Million in sales each year. She worked with many fortune 500 companies in the Philadelphia area including Merck, J&J, Glaxo, Pfizer, CertainTeed and Vanguard…

Eric Cooper

Eric Cooper has worked in the Orthopedic Market since 1982, where he worked for Stryker Corporation. In 1995 Eric started C.E.A. Medical, his own Orthopedic distributorship, working with both Podiatrists and Orthopedic Surgeons. Eric helped design and bring to market numerous implantable devices. With his experience in working with the doctors in the operating room Eric, noticed the struggles and shortcomings of medical instrumentation as well. From this Eric created a new instrument company Keystone Medical specializing in small bone surgery instrumentation. Eric combines all that knowledge and information and brings it to the Laser market to help doctors integrate the use of a laser in their practices to promote a faster more effective way to deal with their patient’s ailments!
Gregory Wright, MBA

Gregory Wright, received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, Graziodio School of Business & Management. Gregory’s assent to becoming a highly successful medical equipment sales & marketing executive in concert with his vast knowledge and practical experience in and with direct response marketing has assailed him to being garnered an expert in this field as well as being a highly sought-after management professional with 30 + years of experience with Fortune 500 companies, start-up organizations, single and group practice physicians across the country.
Henry Elloso
PARTNER
Henry Elloso was born and raised in Southern NJ across from Philadelphia. He graduated from Rutgers University and his background is comprised of over 23 years in orthopedic medical device. He has always had a passion of helping others in pain, improving functionality and overall wellness.
In 2019, he created Surfside Innovations in San Diego (now Bio-Wrx) to provide sales to clinicians and service (sessions for individuals) of holistic, non-invasive devices that are being used by professional sports teams to increase functionality and decrease pain, without the use of opioids or undergoing surgery. Henry has recently added high-intensity lasers from Berman Medical Lasers International after being impressed by the outcomes of the devices offered.
Henry recently returned to Southern California after spending a year in Charlotte, NC, where he held an active partnership with the PGA Carolinas Section along with offering sales and sessions to clinicians and individuals experiencing pain or are seeking to improve overall wellness.
Frank Mancini, MNLP, MTD, MHt

Frank Mancini, proudly served in the United States Navy between 1984 and 1988 as Aviation Stock Controller aboard the USS America CV-66 aircraft carrier, photo laboratory assistant at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, and as Aviation Stock Controller at NAS Jacksonville Aircraft Intermediate Mainenance Detachment (AIMD).
